About the Role

As product developer, you will be responsible for supporting the developement of new and existing products according to business needs and mill capabilities.

You will report to the Product Development Manager and support the team on on all consumer tissue categories of the french market (toilet paper, household tools, hankies and facials).

What You Will Do

• Implement and accelerate the innovation plan (Product and Packaging change initiatives) through the product lifecycle including codes creations & technical solutions

• Be a source of technical expertise on all aspects of product design including paper making, converting, packaging and quality

• Ensure the right launch timing and follow up each step with all stakeholders (incl. PIPO execution)

• Review competitor performance and use as a source of product improvement / innovation

• Participate to trials with mill & R&D and support technical knowledge

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Process), Product Development, or a related technical/scientific field. 

• Min. 2 years of experience in product development, process engineering, production, R&D, or quality management. Preferably within hygiene, textile, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries. 

• Good understanding of product development lifecycle and material management. 

• Experience participating in cross-functional projects, preferably with exposure to project management systems. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
