Requirements
  • Active T3 investigation, with the ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances as required for access to classified information.
  • DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification, such as CompTIA Security+ CE.
Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware and network issues, including video cards, desktop and laptop issues, cabling and physical-layer networking issues, and printer troubleshooting or maintenance.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems with desktop systems, printers, digital senders, mobile devices, and other standard office equipment.
  • Complete basic hardware work as directed, including cable management, desktop PC installation, monitor and KVM installation, and laptop imaging and issuance.
  • Provide input and updates to standard operating procedures.
  • Validate ticket information for completeness and accuracy, and escalate issues through the ticketing system or requests for assistance as needed.
  • Participate in or lead special projects and day-to-day operations.
  • Provide customer-focused, polite, and friendly customer service.
  • Walk to multiple offices at the customer site to survey and deliver replacement desktop and laptop hardware.

  • Eight or more years of relevant professional experience.
