Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • An MBA is preferred.
  • Seven to ten years of experience in marketing and sales leadership roles is required.
  • Experience in the commercial and industrial service industry, including HVAC, refrigeration, facilities management, mechanical services, or related service organizations, is required.
  • Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand market presence is required.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence customers, Service operational leaders, and executive stakeholders are required.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles, strategic accounts, and multifunctional customer relationships is required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead sales and business development initiatives aligned with company growth objectives for the Service Division.
  • Develop and expand relationships with new and existing customers to drive revenue growth and long-term customer partnerships.
  • Partner with Service operational leadership to align sales strategies with operational capabilities, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strategic industry partnerships and customer relationships that support incremental growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to evaluate market trends, customer demands, the competitive landscape, and growth opportunities within the service market.
  • Lead or support contract negotiations in collaboration with legal and Service operational leadership as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer and pipeline activity within customer relationship management systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Support development of sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and strategic account planning.
  • Identify and evaluate potential acquisition or partnership opportunities through industry relationships and market knowledge where applicable.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Service operations, finance, marketing, and leadership teams to support customer satisfaction and successful service delivery.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and operational partnership.
  • Embody and promote the CoolSys CARES culture of Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Empowerment, and Safety.
  • Perform other duties and strategic initiatives as assigned.
