Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing or providing support to an organization as a subject matter expert
  • 1+ years training employee populations on both technical and soft skills
  • Subject matter expertise in instructional design
  • Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology
  • Data driven approach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for motivating, teaching, and facilitating
  • Travel requirements up to 20%
Responsibilities
  • Innovate new ideas to drive individual instruction and training covering a range of technical, operational, and management areas
  • Become a subject matter expert to select and develop training aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works
  • Formulate training curricula and test effectiveness of methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops
  • Lead, mentor, and train employees
