The Opportunity:

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled Intelligence Analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an Intel Analyst like you to do just that. As an All-Source Intelligence Analyst, you’ll use your specialized functional experience and attention to detail to develop intelligence products to give your clients the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters.

As an Intelligence Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client by providing intelligence support to collection, plans, operations, and exercises, and illuminating threat trends and indicators through intelligence production and briefings. Using your comprehensive understanding of intelligence disciplines, analysis, IC tools, and databases, you’ll research, analyze, and evaluate classified reporting and produce intelligence assessments. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time-critical analysis, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skill set in areas like research, analysis, and writing. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. You Have: 

• 8+ years of experience in intelligence analysis

• Experience with briefing senior military and government officials

• Experience in collaborating with DoD or IC counterparts to produce intelligence assessments

• Knowledge of DoD or IC intelligence tools, databases, systems, and analytic tradecraft standards

• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

• 12+ years of experience in intelligence analysis

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with leadership

• Master's degree

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
