Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar data-focused role
  • Strong proficiency with Mixpanel or other leading analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience creating and maintaining self-serve dashboards
  • Experience creating semantic data models or business data models using technologies like dbt or similar
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven company
  • Proficient in using SQL to gather and transform data for analysis
  • Proven track record of developing analytics frameworks
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Responsibilities
  • Leverage data from various sources to identify trends, synthesize insights, and recommend opportunities for product improvement
  • Develop and maintain self-serve dashboards using Lightdash (or similar)
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable product development and marketing strategies
  • Conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Monitor and report on KPIs to track product performance and user engagement
  • Establish robust frameworks for data analysis and decision-making processes
  • Develop and maintain data models using tools like dbt
  • Additional duties as assigned
