Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Vice President of Program Management and Strategic Projects within our Security Services division to be part of making that happen.
As the Vice President of PM and Strategic Programs you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic direction of our service offerings. Reporting directly to the SVP Security Services, you will be responsible for the development, execution, and management of critical programs that align with our strategic goals and enhance our cybersecurity posture as well as guiding the S2 programs in coordination with the Product and Engineering organizations. Your leadership will ensure that our projects and initiatives meet the highest standards of excellence, innovation, and effectiveness. Your collaboration with other service leaders and product teams will coordinate taking new offerings to market aimed at growth in net annual recurring revenue and establishing beachheads in new markets
Your responsibilities will generally be:
Strategic:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of key service programs that contribute to the company’s mission and growth objectives
- Work closely with the SVP Security Services to identify, implement, and measure opportunities for service innovation and operational excellence (to potentially include Lean Six Sigma) enhancements in our MDR, MR, MA, IR, Tech Support, and other offerings.
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic decisions and manage the financial success of the service delivery strategy and business plan.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including emerging threats and trends, to inform strategic business and operational decisions.
- Own the strategy and drive the requirements for productization of S2 related capabilities such as Concierge Tiering, Threat Hunting, but also the definition of the service and operational models.
Operational:
- Own, enhance, and operate the Security Services analytics and metrics program
- Coordinate cross-functional teams such as Product, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Legal across the company to ensure the successful delivery of defined service objectives.
- Engage with key customers and partners to gather feedback and insights that drive continuous improvement in our Security Services.
- Oversee the management of program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve strategic goals.
- Partner with Product leadership to ensure the successful launch of new products and features
- Oversee the Security Service Training, Technical Leads, and Business Operations functions
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic programs to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to guide future direction.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability within the team and across the organization.
We’re looking for someone with these qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic program management, preferably in the cybersecurity or related IT sectors.
- Proven track record of leading large, global-scale, strategic initiatives to successful completion.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mobilize diverse teams towards a common goal.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry, including cyber services, threat landscapes, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
- Operational excellence or Lean Six Sigma experience and certification is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
