  • Experience with project management and process improvement
  • Manage and administer our suite of sales tools, including Wingman, Clari, Clearbit, Outreach, Zoominfo, Leadiq, and Cognisim
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure the smooth functioning of our sales tools, including data hygiene, automation, and integration with other systems
  • Manage our Jira intake ticketing system
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of our sales tools to identify areas for optimization and improvement
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on the effective use of our sales tools
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest sales technology and best practices and make recommendations for new tools or enhancements to our existing tools to ensure that we are getting the most out of our investments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and finance to ensure alignment and consistency in our sales processes and systems
  • Report on key sales performance indicators (KPIs) related to our sales systems process and workflows including pipeline health, lead conversion rates, and sales cycle length
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to our sales systems and work with internal and external partners to resolve them
  • And any additional tasks required by manager
