About the role:
We are looking for a seasoned sales operations professional to oversee and manage our suite of sales tools, including Wingman, Clearbit, Outreach, Zoominfo, Leadiq, and Cognisim among others. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience with sales processes and workflows, as well as a deep understanding of sales technology and automation. As the Sr. Sales Operations Analyst you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our sales tools to maximize our team’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer our suite of sales tools, including Wingman, Clari, Clearbit, Outreach, Zoominfo, Leadiq, and Cognisim
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement processes to ensure the smooth functioning of our sales tools, including data hygiene, automation, and integration with other systems
- Manage our Jira intake ticketing system
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of our sales tools to identify areas for optimization and improvement
- Provide training and support to the sales team on the effective use of our sales tools
- Stay up-to-date with the latest sales technology and best practices and make recommendations for new tools or enhancements to our existing tools to ensure that we are getting the most out of our investments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and finance to ensure alignment and consistency in our sales processes and systems
- Report on key sales performance indicators (KPIs) related to our sales systems process and workflows including pipeline health, lead conversion rates, and sales cycle length
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to our sales systems and work with internal and external partners to resolve them
- And any additional tasks required by manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience managing and administering sales tools, such as Wingman, Clari, LeanData, SFDC, Clearbit, Outreach, Zoominfo, Leadiq, and Cognisim
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with project management and process improvement
- Salesforce certification is a plus
Kong has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to specific candidate location, role, skill set and level of experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards including sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role. Benefits may vary depending on location. US based employees are typically offered access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short and long term disability benefits, basic life and AD&D insurance, among others. The typical base pay range for this role in the US is $108,400 - 162,500.
