While performing the duties of this job, the employee will typically work in an office environment

Responsibilities

Act as an advocate, conduit, and embodiment of ABL's values and culture
Build strategic, trusting relationships with leaders and employees alike to provide thought partnership and coaching on HR-related projects and decisions
Partner with leadership and provide guidance on topics like performance management, organization planning, hiring, compensation and recognition, compliance, etc
Be a trusted, approachable presence for staff across the organization
Navigate complex employee relations issues with a solutions-oriented approach, demonstrating empathy and emotional intelligence throughout the process
Analyze issues and provide personalized solutions, using creativity and sound judgement where precedent may not exist
Build and scale HR processes to continuously improve individual and team efficiency
Collaborate with the HR team on development, execution, and evaluation of talent programs and projects
Analyze and apply available HR data to make strategic recommendations for organizational improvements

This position is an on-site role at ABL HQ in Los Angeles and includes travel to satellite offices.

ABL is looking for a passionate, empathetic HR Business Partner to join our growing HR team! As an HR Business Partner at ABL, you’ll be a trusted resource for solving organizational challenges with thoughtful, progressive solutions. You’ll act as a strategic partner, coach, creative problem solver, and advocate for our company values and culture. RESPONSIBILITITES:

The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $150,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
