Directors of Software Engineering are expected to expertly lead teams to meet commitments, grow individuals in their careers, and be highly collaborative with adjacent product, design, and client-facing teams.
This role is ideally based out of our Kansas City WHQ; however, highly qualified remote candidates in AZ, AR, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, MI, MO, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WI will also be considered.
