  • 10+ years of experience oscillating between business and technology in modern development stacks including common cloud platforms. Can get to details of the technical issues faced by developers and find ways to de-bottleneck development by creating spike solutions, proof of concept development while articulating the ins and outs of the solutions in business language
  • Understands regulated communication frameworks in insurance or financial services
  • Is a strategic communicator and can recognize patterns across large portfolios
  • Has deep familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, SFMC, SMTP configurations, CDPs, document management systems, identity platforms, and consent architecture
  • Is fluent in concepts like event-based architecture, omnichannel orchestration, audience segmentation, and message throttling
  • Possesses strong stakeholder engagement and operational design experience across matrixed organizations
  • Understanding of IT and Architecture Standards, Methodologies
  • Strong engineering experience, and able to ensure the speed and quality of deliverables by the team
  • Strong Agile experience and able to guide the team in delivery process
  • Familiar with business casing, business process modelling and API orchestration. familiar with Dev Ops, CI/CD, Cloud deployment, and basic infrastructural knowledge to be able to demonstrate and build paths forwards with technology partners
  • Product Management experience including managing a roadmap, building and launching capabilities on web and mobile platforms and applying analytical rigor to support investment decisions
  • Experience guiding an agile team and leveraging knowledge of User experience (UX)/ technical / functional domain experts
  • Experience in Kanban and Sprint methodologies
  • Ability to convey business needs in technology, and technology needs to the business
  • Previous experience leading and building digital tools and architecting solutions
  • Technical curiosity and a passion to build digitally enabled End to End solutions for clients and staff
Responsibilities
  • Establish a single, unified product strategy for all outbound communications and document workflows across client and advisor channels
  • Champion a holistic view of communication moments across the advisor and client journeys
  • Lead the creation of a centralized orchestration layer for message triggering, deduplication, prioritization, throttling, and escalation
  • Incorporate signals from various internal platforms
  • Enable cross-channel coordination across email, secure message centre, in-app notifications, SMS, and physical mail
  • Build a centralized, metadata-rich inventory of all documents (statements, letters, regulatory notices, onboarding kits, etc.)
  • Standardize assembly templates, version control, delivery routing, and archival practices
  • Ensure linkage of documents to roles and permissions within identity platforms and document systems
  • Govern the ingestion and enforcement of client and advisor communication preferences across all systems
  • Integrate with privacy teams and CDP to enable suppression, opt-in/opt-out tracking, and data residency compliance
  • Build role-based access models tied to enterprise identity systems, ensuring proper access to compose, approve, or publish communications
  • Establish platform-specific permission schemas (e.g., SFMC user roles, Salesforce record types etc.)
  • Develop clear intake and prioritization workflows for communication and document requests from business units
  • Set up KPIs, turnaround times, and operational playbooks to manage demand
  • Establish real-time monitoring of outbound communications with failure detection, audit logging, and alerting
  • Design an incident response framework for high-risk or incorrect communications
  • Partner with analytics teams to develop dashboards and performance scorecards across communication channels
  • Implement A/B testing capabilities and data-driven optimization loops
  • Develop and maintain documentation of communication logic, ownership, templates, and data flows
  • Build onboarding guides and training for internal users and support teams
  • Synchronize communication strategy with all digital experience priorities
  • Participate in enterprise governance and communications councils

Mundys secures $2.3B sustainability-linked credit facility extended to 2030

Mundys has signed an amendment and restatement of its revolving credit facility, securing a €2 billion sustainability-linked financing with extension until July 2030. The transaction aims to strengthen the company's financial structure in line with sustainable growth objectives. The facility was subscribed by a broad pool of Italian and international banks, including Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, Banco BPM, Banco Santander, Bank of America, Barclays, BNP Paribas, BPER Banca, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, ING, Intesa Sanpaolo, J.P. Morgan, Mediobanca, Natixis CIB, Royal Bank of Canada, SMBC Bank EU AG Milan Branch, Société Générale and UniCredit. Legance advised the lending pool with a team led by partner Giovanni Scirocco, supported by counsel Giuseppe D'Amore and associate Clementina Colombo.

ARRAY Technologies expands revolving credit facility to $370M and extends maturity to 2031

ARRAY Technologies, a global provider of solar tracking technology, has increased its revolving credit facility from $166 million to $370 million and extended the maturity date from October 2028 to February 2031. The amended facility includes up to $250 million available for letters of credit. Goldman Sachs Bank USA served as lead arranger and administrative agent, with participation from JP Morgan, Wells Fargo Securities, PNC Capital Markets and HSBC Bank USA. The company welcomed three new lenders to its syndicate. The enhanced facility will support operational execution, working capital needs and global growth initiatives. Chief financial officer Keith Jennings said the expansion demonstrates lender confidence in the company's strategy and position as a global leader in utility-scale solar.

Royal Bank of Canada completes $1B offering of limited recourse capital notes

Royal Bank of Canada has completed a US$1 billion registered offering of 6.500% Limited Recourse Capital Notes, Series 8. The notes were issued on 30 January 2026 and will mature on 24 May 2086. Concurrently, RBC issued 1 million Non Cumulative 5 year Fixed Rate Reset First Preferred Shares, Series CA, held by Computershare Trust Company of Canada. RBC Capital Markets, Citigroup Global Markets, J.P. Morgan Securities, Morgan Stanley and UBS Securities acted as lead managers and joint bookrunners for the offering. Norton Rose Fulbright served as Canadian co-counsel to RBC on the transaction.
