Requirements
  • 2-4 years of corporate campus recruiting experience with a proven track record of success meeting high performance goals
  • Willingness to travel (up to 5 days/week) while maintaining normal day to day operations as needed during Campus busy season
  • Engaging communicator possessing stellar interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build genuine rapport with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with creating and executing new recruiting approaches for campus recruiting programs to attract and engage with early career talent
  • Ability to influence and guide hiring teams or internal stakeholders with credibility, professional presence, and a persistent work ethic to drive meaningful results
  • A willingness to collaborate with and partner with many internal teams across the RVOH organization while also maintaining a level of high autonomy with your own work
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Responsibilities
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for various full-time and internship positions across RVO Health
  • Act as a strategic thought partner on the Campus Recruitment team to help launch and define campus recruiting strategies
  • Plan and travel to campus events with partner schools for brand building and to attract and engage with early career talent
  • Create and effectively manage crucial relationships within our target schools, including but not limited to Deans, Professors, and Career Services professionals
  • Screen and evaluate candidates through on-campus and phone interviews
  • Partner with internal hiring teams to generate new ideas, leverage resources, and networks to continuously innovate the recruiting process and meet business needs
  • Lead candidate feedback sessions and extended offers to selected candidates
  • Assist in the planning of onboarding and summer programming for new hires and interns
  • Leverage available internal data for reporting on full recruiting funnel to internal stakeholders
  • Outside of Campus Recruiting busy season depending on work capacity, will step in to assist recruiting on other Experienced roles open on the TA team
