  • A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • At least 10 years of hands-on Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Financials implementation, architecture, and support experience is required, with Oracle Fusion Cloud strongly preferred.
  • Three to five full project life-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management, are required.
  • Strong understanding of United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, financial close processes, and internal controls is required.
  • Experience with configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support in Oracle Fusion environments is required.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, presentation, and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% for company meetings, conferences, and other business needs is required.
Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, and Expenses.
  • Define and maintain the enterprise chart of accounts, ledger structures, legal entities, business units, and reporting hierarchies.
  • Configure subledger accounting rules, journal approval workflows, payment processing, and bank reconciliation processes.
  • Lead period-close optimization efforts, including automation of recurring journals, allocations, revaluations, and eliminations.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Enterprise Resource Planning Financials and upstream and downstream systems, including Procurement, Project Portfolio Management, Payroll, and third-party platforms.
  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence reports, BI Publisher reports, and Smart View extracts for executive and operational reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with end users and information technology teams.
  • Architect and configure Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud solutions, including Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service, Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service, and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service.
  • Design planning models, forms, business rules, and calculation scripts for budgeting, forecasting, and what-if analysis.
  • Configure Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service consolidation rules, currency translation, intercompany eliminations, and ownership management.
  • Implement Account Reconciliation Cloud Service reconciliation formats, matching rules, and variance thresholds to streamline the monthly close process.
  • Integrate Enterprise Performance Management with Enterprise Resource Planning Financials through data management and Data Integration to connect actuals and planning data.
  • Support integration activities using Oracle Integration Cloud and representational state transfer application programming interfaces for construction management, payroll, and banking platforms.
  • Collaborate with integration and data teams to ensure secure, accurate, and efficient data exchange between systems.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues.
  • Mentor junior team members by providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth in Oracle Fusion and Enterprise Performance Management technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle and deliver production support as business needs require.
  • Lead knowledge-transfer activities and team-development initiatives to build organizational capability and reduce dependency on external resources.
  • Build sandbox prototypes and demonstrate solutions to business stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, and Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Support unit, integration, and user-acceptance testing and lead defect triage and resolution during implementation cycles.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion and Enterprise Performance Management solutions focused on best practices and long-term maintainability.
  • Create functional documentation, including configuration workbooks, process-flow diagrams, test scripts, and functional and technical design documents.
  • Ensure alignment across Enterprise Resource Planning Financials, Enterprise Performance Management, Project Portfolio Management, Supply Chain Management, and Procurement modules to deliver a unified enterprise data model.
  • Evaluate quarterly Oracle Cloud release updates, assess functional impact, and recommend adoption of new features.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders on workflow implementation planning, pilots, cutover planning, and go-live support.
Desired Qualifications
  • Deep expertise in subledger accounting, multi-ledger and multi-currency configurations, and intercompany processing is preferred.
  • Experience in Enterprise Performance Management, financial planning, close, and reconciliation is highly preferred.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and BI Publisher is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud, application programming interfaces, and integration best practices is highly preferred.
