Requirements
  • Working knowledge and experience using Salesforce, preferably Salesforce CPQ, including navigating opportunities, quotes, and reports.
  • Ability to learn systems and new processes quickly and assist others in understanding standard processes and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ability to follow established processes, manage routine operational tasks, and escalate issues accordingly.
  • Ability to build consistent, trusted working relationships with supported sales teams and represent their day-to-day needs to the wider team.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to document issues effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple tasks and requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to converse in Spanish to effectively partner with LATAM sales teams.
Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support for sales opportunities, assist with deal processes, and escalate complex scenarios and issues as needed.
  • Follow established sales operations processes, identify gaps and issues, and document them in JIRA for review.
  • Provide Sales Operations support for the NAM and LATAM sales regions while working with Account Managers and Sales Leadership.
  • Assist with testing new system functionality and document feedback or issues before rollout.
  • Help maintain and contribute to the creation of process documentation and enablement resources.
  • Support booking accuracy and data hygiene by following defined processes.
  • Support deals efficiently and effectively through the sales process to closed won.
  • Contribute to operational or enablement projects and identify and document process issues in collaboration with the team and other departments.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience using Salesforce CPQ is preferred.
