Requirements
  • Product management experience from a commercial environment or from academic study
  • First class project management, stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A background/passion for EdTech, Learning and Development, teaching or curriculum design
  • Highly capable of formulating and communicating product vision and strategy
  • You see technology as part of the solution but not the whole solution; you can articulate the role of technology in an exceptional blended approach, and equally the role of a coach, facilitator or other high-contact touch points
  • You are an advocate of the applied learning route and believe strongly that knowledge, skills and behaviors that are taught must be applied in the workplace
  • You love data; you create hypotheses but always look to data as the source of truth
Responsibilities
  • Build a world-class learner experience by articulating the vision and setting the strategy and roadmap for a set of curricula (products)
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of your products
  • Monitor the products to make sure that things are working as planned
  • Work in a data-informed way, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative research
  • Lead and influence cross-functional product teams of Learning Designers and Writers as well as subject matter experts to build a world-class product set
  • Make sure the learning team focuses on the most impactful work, helping our sales team to sell our programs effectively and ensure our highly skilled coaches deliver value
