Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze current population to identify gaps in which training could be done. At the end of the internship, intern will present the trainings and any findings to a small audience.
  • Intern will find a topic of interest within the HR Space. Learn reporting and analytic skills to create actionable insights and data points to create a story.
  • Complete audits and record retention projects to learn what compliance in HR looks like and gain basic knowledge over compliance requirements.
  • Intern will learn the basics of HR and have the opportunity to sit down 1:1 with various members of the People team throughout the internship timeline (Head of HR, HRBP, Central HR, Employee Relations, Recruiting).
