Requirements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Software, specifically: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while managing tight deadlines
  • Rapport does not require candidates to have a college degree
Responsibilities
  • Learn and utilize Rapport’s research, planning, and buying tools on a daily basis
  • Develop an understanding of Media Math and media planning measurement currency.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly status reports; prepare competitive reports for clients
  • Attend weekly vendor meetings and become an expert on all of the POC & OOH formats currently available
  • Assist Account management team with proposals (PowerPoint Decks & Excel Spreadsheets).
  • Schedule client calls and meetings as needed
  • Be knowledgeable of all Mediabrands SBUs and their specific area of expertise
