- Lead all customer and market facing functions within the UKI business
- Design, build and execute strategies for Cloudflare’s long term success in the UKI
- Work closely and cross-functionally with Cloudflare leadership in EMEA and our corporate/global organisation
- Engage effectively with large UKI customers, prospects, partners and other important market players
- Grow and build the UKI team and drive the local hiring needs for the UKI
- Ensure we have large-scale sales and market coverage capacity
- Develop managers and leaders within your UKI team
- Interject as the single point of contact for all UKI sales and customer facing operational concerns
- Ensure that corporate policy and regulatory initiatives are consistently applied and followed by UKI team members
- Represent Cloudflare at external conferences, media and PR events
- Develop and maintain relationships with UK and Ireland industry and government agencies
