Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students by responding to inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain calendars, meetings, and communications for the Admissions team.
  • Track application progress, review documentation, and ensure compliance with admissions requirements.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, communications, and materials.
  • Manage data entry and accuracy across admissions systems.
  • Monitor enrollment documents, prerequisite completion, and onboarding steps.
  • Assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person admissions events.
  • Support application scoring workflows and track important deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient processes.
  • Contribute to ongoing cycle planning, reporting, and process improvements.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in higher or medical education admissions.
  • Event planning or coordination experience.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, Box, Smartsheet, or Canva.
