Responsibilities
  • Monitor and acknowledge video signals and alarms from customers’ video alarm systems
  • Notify appropriate points of contact or authorities to dispatch police or security teams on verified threats or suspicious behavior
  • Use customer service and communication skills to provide support to customers
  • Document customer interactions regarding incidents, account inquiries and service requests
