Responsibilities
  • Managing intake of HQ sourcing requests to ensure completeness and appropriate routing.
  • Contributing to pre-review/preparing responses to contract documents and information requests.
  • Managing non-disclosure agreement system and processing non disclosure agreement requests.
  • Assisting with invoice processing and upkeep of digital files.
  • Assisting as needed with real estate transaction documents and forms.
  • Addressing basic client requests for documents and pre-draft basic extensions, additional seats, and pricing change requests.
