Under direct supervision of one or more attorney(s), the Paralegal handles assigned docket, notifies attorneys of pressing docket issues, prepares files, generates reports, performs legal research, investigates, compiles and organizes records, and drafts routine documents for legal counsel review. Handles special projects as assigned.

As a Paralegal, Corporate, you will be responsible for:

• Managing intake of HQ sourcing requests to ensure completeness and appropriate routing.

• Contributing to pre-review/preparing responses to contract documents and information requests.

• Managing non-disclosure agreement system and processing non disclosure agreement requests

• Assisting with invoice processing and upkeep of digital files.

• Assisting as needed with real estate transaction documents and forms.

• Addressing basic client requests for documents and pre-draft basic extensions, additional seats, and pricing change requests.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Have an ABA-Approved Paralegal Certification.

• Have experience as a Paralegal and reviewing documentation.

• Have excellent organization and communication skills.

• Have a basic understanding of legal terminology and processes.
