Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field.
  • 7–10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 10 years working with enterprise technologies.
  • Expertise in: Windows 10/11, Office 365 Apps, COTS & custom software
  • Expertise in: Azure Platform (Virtual Machines, Desktops, EntraID, Automation, Virtual Networking)
  • Expertise in: Active Directory domain management (DNS, GPO, DHCP, file services, user/group management, PKI)
  • Expertise in: M365 Platform Administration/Management
  • Expertise in: Identity Access Management (Okta, ADFS, or similar)
  • Expertise in: Container platforms (Docker, Azure Kubernetes, Others)
  • Expertise in: Enterprise Backup solutions
  • Expertise in: HP Secure Print for secure enterprise printing, scanning, and faxing
  • Expertise in: Zscaler ZPA/ZIA or similar firewall and network security products
Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier III engineering and project support on the following systems (not limited to): 1. Windows 10/11, Office 365 Apps, COTS & custom apps 2. Azure Virtual Desktops/AD/Cloud storage 3. On-prem AD (DNS, GPO, DHCP, file, user/group management, PKI 4. MS Teams, WebEx, HYCU backups, HP NAS & Secure Print 5. Zscaler ZPA/ZIA, AvePoint cloud backups
  • Review infrastructure to optimize performance and capacity.
  • Identify/correct M365 AD issues; create remediation plans.
  • Contribute to knowledge base for troubleshooting.
  • Support projects: data/server migrations, Azure moves, network expansion, new systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors and product providers.
  • Support SDLC documentation (SDLC gates, IRB, ATO).
  • Maintain required documentation with System Owner & leadership.
  • Update policies/procedures for quality consistency.
  • Attend technical, change control, and review board meetings.
  • Keep tickets/projects current; deliver weekly/monthly reports.
  • Communicate and collaborate with all Tier teams.
  • Lead MSM staff: task planning, documentation, client communication.
