  • 1+ years of experience in NPI, manufacturing, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Strong understanding of PLM systems and release workflows
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and concepts such as CAs, ECOs, ECNs, and Issues.
  • Proficiency in CAD, BOM, and configuration management authoring tools (3DExperience (3DX) Enovia, Delmia, and CATIA experience is strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and MES tools.
  • Strong task and item tracking, analysis, and reporting skills; scripting or Python experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Materials): Ensure accuracy, completeness, and availability of all components needed for each build.
  • Track implementation of ECNs and design changes, ensuring all updates are reflected in the MBOM and process documentation
  • Perform or coordinate change impact analysis
  • Identify and resolve defects in part metadata, including revision discrepancies, missing attributes, or incomplete structures
  • Collaborate with design, supply chain, and build teams to validate that build content matches design intent
  • Support build readiness by confirming all required parts and consumables are represented in the MBOM
  • Help drive effective change management workflows and participate in continuous improvement of PLM processes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
