Requirements
  • 10+ years’ experience in a logistics or similar role as a director, manager, or administrator of inventories and/or facility planning;
  • Active TS/SCI with a CI Poly security clearance
  • Ability to develop and present to SSDP leadership decision quality briefings and papers
  • Demonstrated problem solving/critical thinking in complex and dynamic organizational environments
  • Knowledge of Program Management concepts and experience implementing them in real-world situations
  • Must be proficient in Security processes/procedures (e.g., document marking/handling, generating and transmitting classified visit requests)
  • Experience applying Cyber human systems or human factors engineering methodologies to optimize capabilities and supporting architectures
  • Knowledge of how to work in a classified and compartmented working environment is required
  • Experience with working in special access program and special access required environments
Responsibilities
  • Plan utilization of office space to include existing space utilization, new space requests/needs, as well as return/relinquishment of space
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive inventory of facility space by location
  • Meet with Division chiefs to understand both their near and long term space needs; Develop and recommend long-range plans to meet future office space needs
  • Coordinate with the Information Technology branch to ensure that each desk space has the required communication lines, computer systems, and other IT related needs
  • Develop and maintain a repository of computer systems assigned to individuals as well as a control roster for badge access to the aerospace facilities
  • Develop accurate and timely briefings and reports and brief senior leadership on facility usage, access badge information and IT resource requirements relaying any resource issues or concerns
