Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, communication, public relations, digital marketing or revenue management
  • Solid expertise in sales and revenue management with financial and marketing acumen
  • Experience managing hotel sales segments and markets (Europe, Asia, United States), as well as revenue, events and marketing
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Comfort with VIPs, partners and representations at events
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and to lead the sales and marketing team
  • Impeccable presentation and role as brand ambassador
Responsibilities
  • Diriger the development and implementation of the annual strategies for Sales, Revenue Management, Digital Marketing and Brand Marketing to achieve ambitious objectives related to rooms, banquets and overall hotel revenue
  • Pilot the commercial strategy across key segments (corporate, consortia, leisure/wholesale, partnerships, corporate, MICE) to ensure an optimal business mix and maximize profitability
  • Supervise optimization of revenue and pricing strategy, including forecasts, inventory management, competitive analysis, OTA performance, and efficiency of the reservations service to ensure solid yield and market positioning
  • Strengthen and develop the brand visibility at an international level, ensuring marketing and communications materials meet Peninsula standards and stimulate awareness and engagement
  • Increase the hotel's market influence through strong public relations actions, effective media relations and strategic partnerships with luxury brands, key travel partners, influencers and the local community
  • Act as a senior commercial advisor to the General Manager and the Executive Committee, providing analyses, briefings and strategic directions on all Sales & Marketing topics
  • Direct the planning and management of the Sales & Marketing budget and P&L, ensuring rigorous financial discipline, performance tracking and continuous improvement within the department
