About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, build, and support custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. This role involves configuring and extending Dynamics 365 applications, developing Power Platform solutions, and integrating with other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure high-performing, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
• Build and configure Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Develop custom code using C#, .NET, and JavaScript for system extensions and integrations.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems, including ERP, finance, and scheduling tools.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support application lifecycle management including deployments, upgrades, and patches.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices and data protection policies.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and provide user training as needed.
• Optimize system performance and scalability to support evolving business requirements.

Desired Job Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or both).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and APIs for integration.
• Understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) and DevOps practices.
• Experience with data modeling, system integration, and workflows in Dynamics 365.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with proven stakeholder collaboration.

• Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.
• Experience with enterprise-scale integrations and cloud-based solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
