Requirements
  • 5+ years in a strategic sourcing role for indirect categories of spend, particularly in SaaS sourcing
  • Experience delivering price optimization and cost savings
  • Experience managing global procurement responsibilities
  • Develop strategic sourcing plans and dive deep in contract details
  • Experience with systems such as NetSuite and Coupa
Responsibilities
  • Lead Technology sourcing strategies and correspondingly negotiate and redline contracts
  • Work directly with the CIO and other senior leaders in developing and implementing a SaaS category strategy
  • Lead transformational activities to build Strategic Sourcing organizational capabilities
  • Prepare Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ)
  • Lead evaluation, selection, development, and retention of suppliers
  • Lead total cost of ownership analysis and cost modeling
  • Support partners and FP&A to meet budget goals
  • Identify potential cost reduction plans
  • Provide reporting and strategic analysis on current/future spend
  • Improve supplier performance against negotiated service level agreements
