Requirements
  • Must have alcohol experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in Concessions/Service Industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Daily Stand and/or walk up to 6 hours at a time, including up & down stairs.
  • Lift/move items weighing up to 20lbs
  • Work in a loud & crowded environment

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve their goals and perform to the best of their abilities.
  • Monitor daily workflows, assigning tasks and managing resources to meet operational deadlines.
  • Address operational challenges promptly by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and safety guidelines.
  • Conduct routine inspections to confirm compliance with internal and external standards and safety audits.
  • Document and report any incidents or deviations from protocol to senior management.
  • Act as the first point of contact for resolving team or guest-related issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and smooth operations.
  • Recommend process improvements based on data insights and team feedback.
  • To excel in this role, you are expected to: Achieve team productivity and performance benchmarks consistently.
  • Demonstrate effective conflict resolution skills, maintaining a harmonious work environment.
  • Ensure all tasks and projects are completed within the established deadlines.
  • Foster a culture of trust and accountability within your team, reflected in high employee satisfaction scores.
  • Work nights and weekends as this is event based, and a majority of the events are during these hours. There may also be events on holidays.
  • Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete companywide safety training and any additional job specific safety training. Including wearing nonslip shoes. All incidents need to be reported via Origami app on the same day as accident. Safety audits need t be completed monthly.
