Enveda is looking for a Director of High Throughput Screening to join our team in Boulder, Colorado!
The contribution you will make:
We are looking for an experienced leader with a demonstrated track record onboarding and scaling assays for high-throughput screening. You will oversee the catalog of our current high throughput screening assays, develop the capabilities to scale-up by an order of magnitude over the next two years, and help mentor and develop our team of scientists.

As a member of the Platform HTS team, you will report to the Chief Platform Officer.
You get to collaborate on:
- Develop cell-based and biochemical assays for screening of pure compounds and complex mixtures
- Expand our automation and streamline processes to increase throughput
- Implement quality control standards that ensure consistent high-quality data output
- Mentor, learn from, and develop our growing interdisciplinary team of biologists, chemists, software engineers and data scientists
Who will thrive in this role?
- 5+ years of industry experience in high-throughput screening
- Proven track record of successfully onboarding and scaling high-throughput screening assays
- Strong understanding of life science instrumentation and automation (acoustic dispensers, plate washers, high content imagers, etc…)
- Experience with life sciences software and laboratory information management systems (Benchling, CDD, Spotfire, etc…).
- Expert collaborator with software engineers and a basic understanding of SQL and Python
