  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required (3-5+ years minimum in a similar role)

Responsibilities
  • Track contractor production and employee count; owning daily & weekly report roll ups.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation of vendors and contractors.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary, technical field issues with contractors.
  • Integrate field activities and ensure alignment with drawings, specifications, and construction quality.
  • Review, understand, and implement construction document drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Effectively and proactively communicate project needs, changes, and status to internal and external team members.
  • Assist internal quality team with creating field packages and subsequent test packages; ultimately driving projects through completion and turnover.
  • Support construction with change management, takeoffs, and progress reporting.
  • Provide construction and engineering teams with design interpretation and preferred constructability means & methods.
  • Identify opportunities for detail/design/constructability improvements and report back to the construction management teams.
  • Track progress via quantities and measuring KPIs and Installation Unit Rates.
  • Liaison between Factory Engineering, Quality, and Self Perform Construction to drive projects to timely completion.
