Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a HRBP or People Partner in a growing company
  • Experience driving and participating in multiple People initiatives including performance management, employee relations, engagement, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Strong communication and influencing skills; you are able to build meaningful relationships with employees and leaders at all levels across the organization
  • Solid organizational skills with ability to problem solve for the short and longer-term issues
  • Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment and embrace changes in focus and direction as needed
  • A passion for building and contributing to scalable people processes in a creative, thoughtful, and organized way
  • Experience with core HR domains, including performance management, organizational design, talent management, compensation, and employee relations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • This role requires active work authorization in the US
Responsibilities
  • Partner with functional leaders across the company to understand and conceptualize their specific business, organizational, and people opportunities
  • Provide proactive coaching to managers on a wide range of topics from org design, compensation, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement and belonging
  • Track and analyze key indicators of organizational health and recommend ways to improve value
  • Partner with other People functions including Recruiting, People Operations, People Experience and more to provide a holistic employee experience while delivering people programs to dedicated teams
  • Drive key people program deliverables from inception to delivery
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize organizational effectiveness and drive performance
