A 3Cloud Sr. PowerApps Software Engineer is a motivated self-starter that wants to grow as we grow. You will be responsible for the analysis, design and planning of and other related technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing roles and have success leading technical discussions with senior executives that drive key decisions and implementation. Responsibilities
- Assist with design, project scope and working with the project team to deploy Azure-based solutions that meet client value and success.
- Architect and implement solutions in Microsoft Azure that meet the client’s needs for security, scalability, reliability and performance.
- Translate requirements into a technical design leveraging existing tools, services and frameworks.
- Assist/drive design and deployment of the client’s workloads into Azure by providing architectural guidance, supporting development of the client’s cloud adoption model, and providing appropriate recommendations to overcome blockers.
- Keep up with emerging technology trends and their impact on cloud solutions.
- Work with the sales team to support sales efforts by setting the cloud vision, providing thought leadership and strategy to our clients.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in application development with PowerApps experience.
- 3+ years of application architecture and leading development teams.
- Understanding of Power Platform licensing and how capacity is assigned and consumed
- Understanding of Standard vs Premium connectors
- Office 365 security and security of Power Apps users
- Dataverse security role definition
- Determination of Model driven vs. canvas apps based on business requirements
- Multiple environment best practices
- Dynamics 365 experience and knowledge of its relationship to Power platform
- Data modeling within Dataverse
- Understanding of difference between transactional and reporting data repositories
- Ability to provide guidance and recommendations with reporting best practices regarding Dataverse reporting data repository
- Understanding of performance optimization with on-premises data vs Dataverse
- Development of Power Automate workflows for backend processing
- Creation of power platform custom connectors
- Development of C# plugins

3Cloud offers competitive compensation. In addition to base pay employees are eligible to receive an annual discretionary/utilization bonus. If you are hired at 3Cloud your final base salary is based on factors such as skills, education, experience and/or geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above includes the full base salary range for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
Base Salary Range
$110,000—$193,000 USD
