Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Defend civil lawsuits against the County, County agencies, departments, officials, and employees.
  • Appear in tort actions venued in State court.
  • Handle serious and complex personal injury cases arising from accidents on County roads, accidents involving County employees or County-owned property, and claims against County law enforcement.
