  • Reconcile and complete expense reports
  • Support in management of office tasks, such as organization of digital file storage
  • Book travel arrangements for international and domestic travel
  • Act as the point person for tech and reception
  • Conduct building access registrations for guests and visitors
  • Assist with on-boarding needs for new (Academy) associates as needed
  • Work on special projects as needed
