Requirements
  • A BS or BA; preferably with a background in economics, finance, or business administration
  • 2-3 years of industry experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to see things through from beginning to completion

Responsibilities
  • Leveraging Databases to build out prospect lists
  • Execute on prospect and client engagement campaigns
  • Manage client deliverables on both a repeating and ad hoc basis – performance, sales, AUM, competitive analysis, etc.
  • Maintain client information, contacts and updates within the CRM
  • Prepare for partner firm meetings and conferences – book speakers, confirm and prepare attendees, etc.
