Brilliant Corners is a nonprofit housing organization in California that provides housing and wraparound supports to vulnerable groups, including people experiencing homelessness, veterans, seniors, and those with complex health needs. It develops, owns, and manages diverse housing types—from multi-family affordable housing to licensed residential care homes—and also acts as a fiscal intermediary for rental assistance programs. Its services include housing acquisition, property management, move-in assistance, landlord engagement, and ongoing tenancy support, with the Flexible Housing Subsidy Pool (FHSP) matching individuals to available units and housing over 16,000 people since 2014.
