Picture yourself on the team 

As a full-time Associate Content Producer at Oni Studios, you’ll work closely with some of the largest online entertainment personalities and brands in the world to help them better interact and entertain diverse audiences in the millions. This role exists to help facilitate nearly every step of the production process, from the ideation of pre-production to making cracked edits using Premiere Pro. You’ll work closely with Content Producers and Talent to continuously improve new and current content through tactical strategy development.

You will help Content Producers to devise strategies and then perform various functions to bring a plethora of diverse content from concept to completion. Your expertise in content creation, the creator economy, and production development will allow you to excel in this role and cultivate success in Oni’s most business-critical projects. Primary functions

• Facilitation of Oni’s business-critical channels by working with Content Producers to ensure efforts of different creative teams are efficient, relevant, and exceed performance expectations.
• Perform edits on a variety of content intended for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels and other platforms by using Premiere Pro and After Effects. Clip content and perform primary edits for Video Editors as needed.
• Work closely with Content Producers to ideate channel strategy, content, thumbnails, titles, and so much more for our YouTube channels and Content Creators.
• Assist the Content Producer by setting up new channels and maintaining existing ones. Continuous monitoring of channel(s) and video(s) performance, management of daily upload schedules, and setting video metadata. 
• Create draft scripts, help Content Producers workshop scripts, coach talent on bringing the script to life for a variety of content. 
• Maintain an ever-expanding knowledge of emerging technologies, industry news, YouTube analytics and algorithm changes, editing techniques, and market trends to guide forecasting efforts. 
• Thoughtfully collaborate with cross-functional production teams to continuously improve produced content for existing and future multimedia platforms. 
• Meticulously comb through all production and provide suggestions for improvements to Content Producers to share with various stakeholders, ensuring all production is compelling, on-trend, consistent, and high-quality video content.
• Champion pre-production workflows by communicating ideas for deliverables to all relevant teams. Regularly check-in with various team members and provide support as needed by use of Asana. Collect feedback and make adjustments to production as required. 
• Perform ad hoc duties as requested to support the production process and its stakeholders. 

What you have accomplished

• 1+ years of experience managing sizable content creator YouTube channels OR managing personal YouTube channels. Experience must prove a wizard-like understanding of content creation pipelines, channel management, ideation, and branding strategy.
• Extensive knowledge of Youtube, Twitch, and TikTok—including, but not limited to, the platform’s algorithms, regulations, and audience preferences, especially within the gaming and lifestyle spaces.
• Proven experience working with a team in a leadership role, providing support and direction to a multi-function team. 
• An understanding and application of G-Suite and project management applications (Asana, Monday, and Trello).
• A strong bonus: basic understanding of Adobe Suite, especially Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
• Strong command over the English language, both written and verbal.
