Finance Associate Attorney

Job Description

Seeking associates with 4-6 years of securitization experience. Must have experience in finance transactions, including general lending such as leveraged finance, syndicated lending or ABL. Experience in structured finance transactions and CLOs a plus. Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
