Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud services.
  • Enhance the supportability and user experience of Windows, MacOS, and mobile devices.
  • Ensure the reliability and security of Windows servers and hypervisors.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
  • Optimize and manage Microsoft 365 (M365) and Exchange services.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations.
  • Evaluate and introduce AI technologies to enhance IT infrastructure and operations, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand and support their technology needs.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of IT systems, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • Manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient use of resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead disaster recovery planning and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain technology roadmaps to support business goals.
  • Provide direction and guidance to the development, specifications, and communications of IT infrastructure processes, programs, governance, platforms, and architecture.
  • Assist in developing plans and direction for the integration of IT infrastructure requirements.
