Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive UI/UX strategy that aligns with Onbe’s vision and goals, fostering collaboration and innovation across cross-functional teams.
  • Create and uphold UI/UX processes, methodologies, and successful approaches to encourage user-focused design, maintain uniformity, and enhance the flow between design systems.
  • Lead the creation and management of a design system, ensuring adherence to design principles and seamless integration across development teams.
  • Develop and implement user research processes to guide design decisions, incorporating user insights, competitive benchmarks, and design thinking at the beginning of the design process.
  • Stay updated on design trends and technologies to improve user experience, applying standard methodologies from both within and outside the financial services industry.
  • Collaborate with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members to develop creative design solutions that meet user, product, and business requirements.
  • Take ownership of design projects, effectively managing resources and ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate with team members, customers, and partners to gather insights from digital analytics, user testing, and input, and use this information to drive improvements. This will help ensure that our designs align with product goals and provide outstanding user experiences.
