Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or other relevant field, combined with at least 10 years of relevant replenishment experience for a distributor or retailer, including 3 to 5 years in a management role
  • Have strong knowledge of MRP/DRP systems and mastery of performance and financial indicators related to the responsibilities
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both French and English, orally and in writing
  • Exhibit collaborative leadership and the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Possess excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and Access (an asset)
Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a supply team while ensuring consistency in practices and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Leverage expertise in inventory management to optimize inventory levels throughout the network
  • Contribute to maximizing gains related to purchasing conditions while respecting the financial framework surrounding inventory management
  • Collaborate with other relevant UAP departments and suppliers to efficiently and proactively ensure the supply of warehouses and stores
  • Develop effective supply strategies to ensure optimal planning and execution
