Seneca Global Services, LLC is seeking a Program Management Specialist in Orlando, FL to provide planning, scheduling, tracking, and coordination assistance for a small team in support of a large DoD program. The specialist will provide programmatic/acquisition, cyber and physical security, enterprise infrastructure engineering, facilities engineering, and cyber T&E/training support. The specialist will support assigned project meetings, reviews, and technical interchanges as required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in program planning and programming actions, provide recommendations to resolve problems and issues to limit impacts on program cost, schedule and performance.
• Provide programmatic, technical and fiscal management assistance for multiple projects in support of current contracts.
• Assist in preparing risk management plans, risk mitigation plans, and implementation plans.
• Support creating and maintaining clear and detailed trackers to manage the data associated with the program contract costs and financial data.
• Support assigned project meetings, reviews, and technical interchanges as required.
• Prepare fact-sheets, briefing presentations, technical analysis, graphics, etc.
• Assist in program planning and programming actions, provide recommendations to resolve problems and issues to limit impacts on program cost, schedule and performance.
• Assist with acquisition and contract life-cycle management services in support of multiple geographically-dispersed facilities.
• Act in a limited advisory capacity to coordinate, prepare and review complex documentation for submission higher headquarters.
• Assist in preparing risk management plans, risk mitigation plans, and implementation plans to assist in balancing cost, schedule, and performance goals within assigned projects/programs.
• Assist in monitoring multiple contracts; proactively identifying and ensuring completion of all requirements and documentation submissions for timely execution of contract life-cycle actions and modifications.
• Support the development of programmatic documentation and performing project and contract execution and maintenance.
• Assist in preparation and analysis of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and track submissions (e.g. monthly progress reports) and non-compliance.
• Assist in creating, updating and maintaining program documents, CDRLs and reports on the SharePoint website.
• Assist in the preparation of financial execution reports and contract-related information and data in response to periodic and ad hoc requests as required.
• Assist in the development of cost controls, procedures, systems and forecasting techniques in order to evaluate contract/program status.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of the program mission.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• PMP or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) PM Level 3 certification (years of experience may be used as a substitute for certifications).
• At least two (2) years of program/project management experience.
• Must be familiar with the DoD Acquisition process and how to read a contract (where do you find the CLINs, what the major sections are).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Should be comfortable working on a small team including remote team members
