- Fully onsite to start
- Law Firm experience
- Solid QuickBooks experience is a must
- Clio experience would be a plus but not required
- Will be the only internal Accounting person
- 4-5+ years of Accounting experience
Responsibilities
- Reconciles accounts receivable & accounts payable and bank accounts
- Produce financial reports including weekly cash flow reports
- Invoicing and payment processing
- Trust account record keeping
- Understands accounting issues and other operational issues experienced by clients
- Works accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision, while still meeting client expectations and deadlines
- Working knowledge of preparing payroll setup, submission, review and journal entries
- Paying vendor bills
- Custom reporting
