Requirements
  • Five or more years of direct, full-time experience in digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of key digital marketing solutions (Search Marketing, Social, Video, Retargeting, Location-based Mobile (geo-fencing), 1st Party Data Marketing, App Marketing etc.)
  • Familiarity and experience with Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ad platforms
  • Fundamental understanding of all aspects of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Ability to effectively interact with Digital Sales Team and multiple Higher Education clients
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between Digital Operations team, Digital Sales team, and Internal Marketing team
  • Provide expertise and guidance on campaign measurement and analytics
  • Understand and define digital strategy to achieve campaign goals
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Communicate progress and performance of ad initiatives
  • Analyze and report on ad performance
  • Assist with asset gathering, ad trafficking, troubleshooting, and optimization
  • Manage a portfolio of digital marketing campaigns
  • Provide clients with reporting and optimization recommendations
  • Identify opportunities for additional strategies
  • Meet with clients to review results and make recommendations
  • Shadow team members and learn basic job functions
  • Take ownership of tasks and client calls
  • Work with Regional Directors on reporting and strategy
  • Work independently with clients and own book of business
