  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand storytelling, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with experience mentoring and developing talent.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute premium and innovative experiential marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of immersive brand experiences, events, and activations aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, design, and creative technologies, to integrate experiential campaigns into the broader marketing ecosystem.
  • Developing rapport with clients and their other agency partners through providing day-to-day client contact, managing the relationship & expectations, and troubleshooting conflicts with senior clients and team members as they arise.
  • Guiding the team in identifying opportunities, strategic thinking and subsequent development of integrated marketing programs across brand portfolios.
  • On-strategy project planning and execution according to Agency standards within established budgets and timeframes.
  • Analyze campaign performance and audience feedback, providing insights and recommendations to continuously optimize experiential strategies.
  • Building, managing and reconciling large scale event budgets and resourcing plans.
  • Developing and delivering compelling client and new business presentations.
  • Demonstrating working knowledge of Momentum’s core disciplines and being proactive in growing client business across the agency.
  • Manage and mentor direct report(s); fostering an environment of mutual respect and partnership, strategic thinking, appropriate risk taking, open lines of communication, on-going performance feedback, professional development and adherence to agency policy.
  • Understanding of internal processes, and client/agency operations (budgeting, resourcing, reporting, etc.)
  • Supporting Momentum’s Values
  • All other duties as assigned.
