- Current and valid state Registered Dietitian (RD) license.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Dietary Supervisor in the administrative and clinical management of the dietary department.
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments, including monitoring significant weight changes and lab values.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized nutritional care plans for residents.
- Provide regular dietary recommendations and consult with physicians and the interdisciplinary team as needed.
- Design and deliver education and orientation services for dietary staff.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and facility policies related to nutrition and dining.
