What We Offer:
• Base Salary: $105k - $130k
• Paid Training
• Tuition Waiver: Enjoy a tuition waiver after 6 months of employment for you AND your immediate family offered at UTI and Concorde campuses

Responsibilities
- Lead the Education Revolution: Drive daily operations, oversee budgets, and cultivate an exceptional Education team.
- Craft the Ultimate Student Experience: Nurture, train, and motivate your team to provide outstanding education and support services.
- Champion Compliance and Integrity: Ensure UTI's operations adhere to legal standards and accrediting bodies.
- Build an All-Star Team: Establish and maintain a motivated, high-performing team through effective training and development.
Qualifications
Education / Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, Business Administration or Management preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in leadership or management roles
Skills
- Project Management and strategic thinking prowess.

- Strong people and leadership abilities.
- Time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
