Requirements
- 2+ years of experience driving growth within a B2C performance marketing function
- Background in digital marketing with emphasis on Facebook, other digital channels a plus
- Deep experience with data analytics and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Google Analytics, or Looker
- Experience with high consideration/LTV products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and can synthesize learnings to share with stakeholders and executive leadership
- Amazing attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Manage a 7-figure marketing budget, setting and managing to ambitious KPIs across Facebook, Instagram, and new social channels
- Create a testing strategy that encompasses testing within existing channels and identifying and executing tests in new channels
- Work with our no-code web development tooling and product teams to test new landing page experiences, segmentation, and targeting tactics
- Collaborate with internal creative team to launch customer-centric creative tests across a variety of formats (ex: static, video, testimonials)
- Maintain and share weekly reporting dashboards, ensuring you're digging into the “why” behind campaign performance
- Build a deep understanding of our customer funnel, ensuring your channels are driving high-quality leads
