  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing or other business related degrees
  • Ten or more years’ insurance sales, financial services, management experience
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of agent and broker operations
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form, with all levels of management
  • High levels of credibility and professionalism in dealings with both internal and external senior executives and the Board of Directors
Responsibilities
  • Builds and maximizes relationships with CEO, COO, and EVP level leadership of the top insurance brokerage firms
  • Develops and leads a diversified team of business development professionals
  • Creates strategic and tactical plans to grow revenue and profit across the Nationwide enterprise
  • Leads the delivery of Nationwide capabilities and solutions to be utilized by focus firms
  • Consults, recommends, and drives the distribution model by sharing knowledge from national firms
