Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in paid social performance marketing. This isn’t limited to B2B SaaS—if you have experience in other areas like D2C, we want to hear from you!
  • 2-3 years of experience in ad creative development. Experience designing, executing, and testing highly performant paid social ad creatives that convert and deliver against business goals.
  • Strong proficiency in performance data analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights from datasets and translate them into new creative experiments.
  • Any degree in a STEM field. Preference for candidates with a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, demonstrating a solid foundation in analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in D2C performance marketing: prior experience in managing and optimizing campaigns for direct-to-consumer companies.
Responsibilities
  • Design, create, and test high-converting paid social ad creatives on Meta, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and Reddit that capture attention, drive engagement, and convert viewers into Scribe users.
  • Lead and manage the entire creative process for paid social ads, from initial concept development and production to testing and evaluation.
  • Analyze performance metrics such as CPM and CPA to continuously optimize paid social ad campaigns and ensure they meet or exceed targets.
  • Design and conduct A/B testing to validate hypotheses and refine paid social ad creative based on data-driven results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid social ad creative and paid social, applying the latest insights to Scribe’s campaigns.
  • Experiment with new ad formats, platforms, and creative approaches to push the boundaries of what’s possible in paid social advertising.
  • Challenge conventional best practices, bringing bold and innovative ideas to the table and backing them up with data-driven strategies.
